Where is Ballad Brewing?

Ballad Brewing is located in the River District in Danville, VA on 600 Craghead Street. Free parking can be found on Craghead Street and Lynn street, as well as in the public parking lot behind the Community Market.

When are you open?

Ballad Brewing is open 5 days a week. Here is a complete list of our hours in the winter:

Closed Monday and Tuesday

Wednesday 4-9pm

Thursday 4-10pm

Friday 4pm-10pm

Saturday 12-10pm

Sunday 12-8pm

Are you dog friendly?

Yes! Ballad Brewing is dog friendly. Well behaved dogs are allowed in the taproom and on our patio. They must be on a leash and under the control of their owners at all times.

Can I reserve a table or a space for my event?

Do you have food?

We do not serve food in the taproom, but we host food trucks on our patio as often as possible. In addition to food trucks, you are welcome to bring in any outside food and non-alcoholic beverages you’d like. Also, our neighbors at Mucho Taqueria are happy to deliver to our taproom, so tacos are just a phone call away!

Are you family friendly?

Yes! The Ballad Brewing Taproom is a family friendly location. We have changing stations in both restrooms, sell soft drinks and juice boxes, and we have plenty of games for all ages to play.

Do you have six packs for sale? Can I fill a growler?

Yes and yes! Ballad Brewing offers Just Pressed, Balladeer, Fast Mail, and Cash Crop in six packs. While we don’t sell growlers, we are more than happy to fill them! We also have a crowler machine, so anything that is on draft can be put into a 32oz can for you to take home!

Do you sell wine?

The Ballad Brewing Taproom does not sell wine, but we do focus on brewing a wide variety of beers. We are committed to brewing something for all tastes and our Beer Advocates are happy to help you find the right Ballad beer for your palate.
